snodderly-family-2005.jpgDavid Snodderly was born in a pastor’s home and grew up in a wonderful Christian atmosphere. His parents served as church planters and were instrumental in winning and discipling many people to Christ. David asked his father to show him how to receive Christ as a young boy of five years. The two knelt in their log cabin home that was nestled deep in the hills of East Tennessee to pray, and David there found Jesus as his Savior.

David completed a bachelor’s degree in engineering at the University of Tennessee. During this time he felt a call to ministry and worked part-time as a youth pastor. While working in engineering at Robertshaw Controls Company he felt the Lord calling him to further his ministry training and dedicated the rest of his life to Christian service. His last degree was the doctor of ministry from Bethel Theological Seminary in St. Paul, MN.
David’s ministry experiences cover a broad range of responsibilities including:
• Church planting and pastoring
• Teaching in a Bible College
• Starting and directing a Christian elementary school
• Counseling and assisting in Christian camps
• Minister of Outreach
• Youth Pastor
• Leading Youth Rallies
• Serving at the U.S. Center for World Mission
• Speaking and mobilizing for missions
• Short term trips to assist with preaching, training, in overseas settings

David has been married to his wife, Beth, for 35 years. Beth was raised in a solid Christian home and grew up mostly in Southern California. Her love for God and missions caused her to be receptive to a call to missions she felt when she was only twelve years old. While majoring in New Testament at Wheaton Graduate School, she married David.
The Snodderlys reside in Pasadena, CA, where David serves through church mobilization ministries and Beth is the Provost at William Carey International University, a missionary owned and run school that specializes in graduate distance degrees for leaders in the developing world. They are the proud parents of Matthew, 30, a computer systems analyst at UCLA; Rachel, 26, serving in missions in Thailand; Sarah, 21, a senior at Philadelphia Biblical University; and MaryAnn, 17, attends Pasadena City College.
